The New Old Testament

The New Old Testament

The book begins with Creation (you gotta start somewhere) and as it works its way through, you’ll meet the forefathers, the Judges, the Kings and the Prophets, including the hirsute Elijah and his protege, “Don’t Call Me, Baldy” Elisha. There’s David, the first giant killer and his son, Solomon who is stylus-pals with the Queen of Sheba. You’ll meet Daniel, the first lion whisperer and Joshua, the first horn player whose most famous gig was at Jericho. And to bridge the gap between the end of the Hebrew Bible and beginning of the New Testament, there’s the hitherto untold story of Joseph of Nazareth: Husband of the Mother of the Son of God.
